No output for mmcif files out of pdb-redo/refmacat

The enclosed file gives no DSSP output (neither legacy not mmCIF) without any specific warnings. I assume this is caused by the fact that this mmCIF file is not from the PDB but rather output from various programs in pdb-redo.

Apparently mkdssp is not using the pdb recovery code. You can use pdb2cif on this file to convert it into something mkdssp recognises.

But granted, this needs to be fixed.
