Agents:
- Bob, user that wants to reach customer support.
- Wingman, chatbot that will assist Bob during chat.
Story:
- Given Bob has reached out Wingman customer support.
- Given Bob asks Wingman to suggest him a product based on its criteria.
- Wingman founds a product that match Bob's criteria and sends a message with a description of this product and the link and image of the product. The link and image are clickable and redirect to the product.
