Agents:

  • Bob, user that wants to reach customer support.
  • Wingman, chatbot that will assist Bob during chat.

Story:

  • Given Bob has reached out Wingman customer support.
  • Given Bob asks information about FAQ, TOS, Shipping price, Return of product, ...
  • Wingman answers to Bob's question.

Important
If wingman can't find the answer to Bob's question, it must not invent a false answer. It needs to answer with a message like that : "I don't have the answer to your question, do you want to be redirected to customer support ?"

Example of question:

  • What is the price of the shipping ?
  • Is shipping free ?
  • Is return of product free ?
  • How many times do I have to return my order ?
  • What courrier do you use to ship order ?
  • What is shipping delay ?
  • Are TVA included in price ?
  • How to use a coupon code ?
  • What are accepted payment method ?
  • ...
