Description
Agents:
- Bob, user that wants to reach customer support.
- Wingman, chatbot that will assist Bob during chat.
Story:
- Given Bob has reached out Wingman customer support.
- Given Bob asks information about FAQ, TOS, Shipping price, Return of product, ...
- Wingman answers to Bob's question.
Important
If wingman can't find the answer to Bob's question, it must not invent a false answer. It needs to answer with a message like that : "I don't have the answer to your question, do you want to be redirected to customer support ?"
