Go to https://developer.spotify.com/dashboard/create and make an app
and put in redirect if you are running locally http://127.0.0.1:8999/callback
then check https://developer.spotify.com/dashboard click your app and copy the data you need for http://127.0.0.1:8999

Isn't a good tutorial but it kinda explains it
