bug: clean repo crashing on debug mode

Describe the bug
App crashing on debug mode.

To Reproduce

Repo cloned, all extensions installed, no changes on source code, just F5 to run debug.
Working fine with CTRL + F5.

Expected behavior
No error on debug mode, being able to hit breakpoints.
