How do I update gulpfile on a live server?

Hello,
I've been using understap's template for a live server. I've been working locally to minify CSS and gulp for refreshing the changes but when I tried it on a live server it was not working properly. I would love some suggestions on this please.

Can you give more details about your live server? OS, node version, error messages, etc.?

The server is running on Linux OS I'm trying to replace some codes in CSS, but it's not reflecting on the live server.

As said in the readme, this gulpfile is supposed to be unmaintained 😕
