How to accept transformation when pasting from clipboard?

So, I'm trying this software for the first time and naturally one of the first things i try to do of course, is paste an image from clipboard as that's something I do all the time in Aseprite. When doing this, the pasted image is transparent, which the documentation tells me is because it's in a transformation. However, the documentation also says that pressing enter should apply the transformation. But when I apply the transformation, the pasted image clears, and does not paste.

Notably, this seems to only happen when the image is from the clipboard? I tried copying and pasting from pixelorama itself, and it works as expected. I thought about submitting an issue but I'm still unsure at this point if this is a bug or a misunderstanding of the UI. I'm assuming it's the latter, but I'm really confused.

Here, as you can see, no matter what I try to do to accept the transformation, rather than pasting it just clears the selection.

hmm... it's strange indeed
it seems to be working on Linux Mint. what operating system are you using?

I'm on Arch. That recording is using the latest release download on github, but it also occurs on the AUR package of Pixelorama.
