[Feature Request] Option add tag to filter instead of replacing filter

Currently, if you click "Show galleries with this tag", it replaces whatever your current filter is with whatever that tag is.  

It'd be nice if there was an option to add that filter to the current list - it's very helpful for excluding a particular tag from the results.
