Remove the coverage_incompatible feature

We added the feature to disable the tests for the new MetaTxV0 preset, since the syscall is not compatible yet with the coverage tool. The feature should be removed, and the tests should be re-enabled for coverage when the cairo-coverage tool gets updated.

Hey @Manuelshub. Thanks for the interest in contributing. This issue is currently blocked tough, until the cairo-coverage tool get's updated to be compatible with the latest syscall addition. Feel free to open a PR as soon as it get's unblocked.
