SMSTATEEN Support Not Working On NEMU and Xiangshan

Hi, I use the d857953 on XS_env to run linux, following exactlly the tutorial here.
During the process both NEMU and Xiangshan will report sbi error, claiming CSR mstateen1(CSR 03d) can't be accessed.

I toke a look at the Xiangshan code, and I only saw mstateen0 being declared and instantiated? but not mstateen1-3?
Based on how OpenSBI work, if it detects the existance of mstateen0, it will assume mstateen1-3 also exist, which eventually cause error.

I am not sure why NEMU also don't work.... Is mstateen1-3 also not being supported on NEMU?
The go around method I use now is: disabling SMSTATEEN in opensbi by commenting out its detecting logic in hart_detect_features(...) function.

Hello! The XiangShan and NEMU in this XS_env are outdated. NEMU has added mstateen1–3 in OpenXiangShan/NEMU@b2967d1, and XiangShan has done this in a0d02cd. You can pull the latest XiangShan and NEMU code and run again.
