I'd list the sequences that are missing, because the first thing anyone who reads that is going to think to themselves is "which ones?"

We just installed OpenVnmrJ for use with our Varian 9.4 T scanner and I am presently testing the imaging sequences to be used. The first thing we noticed was missing was the gems.c sequence, that we copied from VnmrJ and modified to run with OpenVnmrJ (it only needs the addition of 'void' in front of 'pulsesequence' at the start of the program to run smoothly). I am not so familiar with Github but willing to help with the imaging part of OpenVnmrJ.

I have access to a lot of this code and also am good friends with both Paul Kincesch and have several private patches added to, for example, increase the number of rtvars. I also have some other schematics that might help with this. If anyone wants to get in touch, message me here or on Keybase.
