Add Hall-effect Button

GP2040-CE v1.7.12 will include Hall-effect support.
I’ve created a Hall-effect PCB compatible with OSBMX v1.

Would it make sense to open a PR to this repository?
If Hall-effect buttons are already being developed, I’ll hold off.
If not, I’m happy to submit a PR if that would be helpful.

Have you tested this against our current v0.7.12 beta build 2?

I have some boards that I have been working on but have run into a few issues.

Can you also let me know what switch you are using with them?

• This was tested on a PCB I built for myself about two years ago; I haven’t tested it against GP2040-CE v0.7.12 beta build 2 yet.
• Hall sensor: GH39FKSW
• Switch: Wooting Lekker Switch

What’s the current snag? If you can share, I’ll check on my side too.
