Update dependencies

This code is a bit stale, and not building on Heroku at all at the moment.

npm audit notes a lot of vulnerabilities, and react and babel have both had big updates.

Rebuilt on Heroku by using yarn to resolve dependencies. Still needs major updates if we are to continue.
