Fix debug ability for datastore-dev setup

Seems that the service is started without module debugpy.
The internal port is always 5678, extetrnal the writer should be reachable for debugging on 5679, the reader on 5680.

This issue is tagged high, because performance and timeout problems could be solved a lot easier
