v4.0.6 - Data Sharing

v4.0.6 introduces the following major changes compared to the previous v3.6.x releases:

• Data sharing to share seizure-like data to the OpenSeizureDetector data sharing database to help with app development and research.
• Reduced issues with the app failing to shutdown properly.
• Improved disclosures of app permission requirements to satisfy the requirements of Google Play Store.
• Shares 3D data as well as the vector magnitude acceleration data that was used previously - in anticipation of a future neural network (machine learning) seizure detector version.
