OpenRC equivalent to systemd.mask #891
Description
It would be nice for OpenRC to have an equivalent to systemd's mask system, so particular services can be disabled by adding an additional mask file, without altering the default service run level.
In the case of Gentoo's release media, this would allow similar config to be used to disable services regardless of the init system being used.
