Seperate trimmed fastqc and fastqc from multiqc report

Need trimmed and untrimmed fastqc result to show up in separate sections

Other points that need to be addressed with the multiqc configuration file:

• clean up the general statistics table
• create two sections for fastqc
• create a preferred module order in the final report
