Moratorium on derivatives? #3497
Description
It is becoming increasingly common for users to upload >1TB of derivatives with their datasets, rapidly eating up our free space and making other datasets on the worker un-editable. While we work toward sparse datasets, perhaps we should disallow derivatives in new datasets?
