This is NOT a technical question but more of a legal/policy question. Anyways, no matter how great is the technology, we are still bound by the rule :)
I understand that Structured Transparency provides a way so that data doesn't need to leave the original collector or even be seen by the analysts. However, is this good enough for laws like HIPAA because essentially, the result is still deduced by using the underlying data?
