Look for opportunities to solicit UX feedback and guidance

Feedback from potential users to inform our UX decisions would help us plan next steps. We should look into options for conducting user interviews and for pulling in people with UX design experience

Separately, but related, we should consider ways we can modify the home page to guide somebody who is seeking food assistance for the first time through the process.
