@fballiano normally I don't want to talk about politics for my open-source contributions. And normally, there are only so many different ways you can code to fix a problem. But in this case, the whole code block is the same (80-90%) so I added a |

@colinmollenhour , @kiatng, @Hanmac, @sreichel - This complaint must be discussed internally and a decision made. Until then, I will close the discussion. |

since the only value of this project is deleting my conversation, the next time (and it will happen if you don't ban that person) I'll post everything in public on all my social media. he's constantly violating COC and now OSL, this project is a joke if none of you does anything also this time. |

All conversation in this thread and PR #4697 have been recorded and will be used for internal discussion (#maintainers Discord channel) to determine what actions will be taken regarding various potential CoC violations. I'd encourage everyone to step away from this while we work through a resolution and not attempt to re-open new discussions elsewhere. We are taking seriously all allegations of misconduct, both relating to communication as well as potential licensing issues. However, we operate in many timezones and availability schedules, so please be patient. |

This message was emailed directly to both Sven and Fabrizio in case they cannot see it here. As a result of the comments made on PR 4697 and discussion 4717, Sven and Fabrizio, you have both been blocked from participation in the OpenMage organization for 30 days and Sven has been removed from the OpenMage organization (as is required by Github to block a user). I'm not interested in the reasoning and arguments for things that were said or who was right or wrong on which points or how much benefit each of you bring to the project, that conversation is lost when the CoC is blatantly violated. This decision is supported by all members of the maintainers channel on Discord who responded within ~20 hours. I have no interest in litigating this any further, so no response is necessary and any response that is not extremely carefully worded is likely to just make things worse for you, as in a 180 day or permanent block. Same goes for if I catch wind of any attempt to engage with the community or denigrate it during this 30 days. This is not a violation of your freedom of speech in your home countries or any country, you have a right to say whatever you want in that regard. But, that doesn't mean there can't be consequences as it relates to a private online community, in that regard the consequences can be absolute and indefinite if we so choose. Thanks for your cooperation, |

It's not a problem If somebody from OM takes one of our ideas and develops it in his own way (it happened many times that we do something in Maho and a very similar PR appears here without ever citing the source), but this time our code was copied into a PR without bringing in our copyright notes and not even citing the source. You can take a look at the history of that PR and see that it was done in a certain way and than changed after I published my PR in Maho.
This is agains OSL and extremely disrespectful.
He also stated that he will take our code without respecting the license here:

Notice the language?
OM shouldn't have been left to such people many months ago, when I left this project after 3.5 years of complete dedication, and this is the result.
