The image format cannot be opened and the bundled dynamic pricing problem

HELLO, ALL

Received an inquiry from a customer today and attached a picture to the form. I check the media folder through cpanel and it can be opened to see. But when I click the link to download via order or contact form email reception or openmage admin pane (see picture), l, the image doesn't open .

Another problem is the catalog bundling problem (see picture),

how can I clear this warning? I used to follow this old solution, but it still can't be changed. Please see the link below
