Postcode Regex for Customer Address in JS

Description (*)

I noticed that the Zend Lib has regex for different Countries, but Magento doesn't seems to use it yet.
Also does the Data needs to get updated?

i don't know if these regex all work for JS too.

Expected behavior (*)

• in PHP, the Post Code of Mage_Customer_Model_Address_Abstract might be validated against the Country
• in the JS using ZipUpdater, the JS can use the Regex and automatic validate the input field.

Benefits

• Extra Validation for Magento, and better user input Validation for JS.
