Reset CAPTCHA input field after incorrect submission

Currently, when a user submits an incorrect CAPTCHA code, a new CAPTCHA image is generated, but the input field still contains the previously typed text.

I'm not sure if it's intentionally done this way, but if not, I'd be happy to fix it!
