Dual Light or Smart light function?

Does Openipc have Smartlight functionality ie IR-led to White light led on motion detect / human detect
I have installed Openipc on both the Sigmastar SSC338Q and SSC378DE modules.

IR-led works on auto day/night but I noticed that when I move close to the camera the IR-Led turns off and after a small time it turns back on and seems to do that on movement is that expected?
SSC338Q gpio for IR-led=60 for White-led=59 (Anjoy)
SSC378DE gpio for IR-led=13 for White-led=14 (Hushi/Vatilon HD8)

I presume there is a gpio for motion? and if so then could a script be made to trigger the white light? and how do I find the motion gpio?

You can create /usr/sbin/motion.sh script, make it executable, and it will be called every time motion is detected. You can fill this script with anything you want - white light, send to telegram, etc.
