In the read me you mention that some functionalities are enabled and others not.
My question is, does enable mean that fastp will perform the filtering unless we disable it?
If yes, what does fastp do when we do not disable quality filtering or length filtering?
Since we don't need to provide a value for limiting number of N base, or a minimum length requirement, what does it default to?
