Update the Kobo to mPesa Templates so that they use the Kobo Adaptor

These templates are using the HTTP Adaptor instead of the Kobo Adaptor right now for the final step:

Issue #1310 captures the work needed to upgrade the Kobo Adaptor to have the needed functionality.

Once #1310 is done, this ticket captures the updating of the Templates linked above, to be using the Kobo Adaptor, instead of the HTTP Adaptor
