specify Boostrap use cases #499
Description
Custom styling is used anyway, therefore try to specify/define for what we're going to use Bootstrap. Use it for:
- Bootstrap Icons
- the off-canvas side menu that we have
- loading skeletons
- modals (can these be done with the new JS functionality?)
- ?
