Docker internal connection refused

I am receiving the following error when trying to connect to an Arduino.

SENSOR_KIT_INT: Connection host.docker.internal:2950 (R/W) failed due to ECONNREFUSED : Connection refused - connect(2) for 172.17.0.1:2950

The bridge has been successfully configured.
