OATControl V0.9.7.0 - Updates

- Added Polar Alignment function
- Replaced slider for manual slew speed with 4 different slew rate buttons (1-4, 1 is slowest, 4 is fastest). Manual Arrow slewing and virtual joystick slewing respect this selection.
- Made some minor cosmetic changes in the OAT Chooser
