Messages Logs gets truncated in database

Hi,

i know this is an old project, but i was testing it, and i have a problem with the database
The logs message are ok in the /var/log/syslog files.

But when it's imported in the database, a part of the beginning of the message is truncated.

I think it's or a problem with the perl script or maybe the log message, (it's some Meraki logs)

Do yu know what can cause this problem?
