Description
I’d like to share some concerns regarding the Daily Flame and Leaderboard systems. I believe the current mechanics may unintentionally create an unfair disadvantage for highly active users who solve multiple problems in a single day.
To illustrate, consider a scenario where an enthusiastic user solves 5 problems in one day, earning flame points accordingly. If one of those problems later becomes the "Daily Problem" on the next day, the user receives no additional flame points for it—since they’ve already solved it. Meanwhile, another user who hasn’t solved the same problem gets full flame points, including the Daily Problem bonus. In this case, the more active user is essentially penalized for their prior effort and enthusiasm.
This system may discourage users who consistently engage with the platform, and I hope your team will consider revising the flame and leaderboard logic to reward consistent effort more fairly.
