Analysis of ARM.CMSIS-FreeRTOS.10.5.1.pack

I would like to share few observations about ARM.CMSIS-FreeRTOS.10.5.1.pack
from https://developer.arm.com/tools-and-software/embedded/cmsis/cmsis-packs

1. Heap_x dynamic allocator selection is mandatory, but static allocation is also option. Selection of heap_x variant should be optional.
2. Freertos should not be dependent on startup, it is project dependency not middleware one.
3. Some freertos features are separated in standalone components, but can be part of Core:

      <component Cgroup="Message Buffer" condition="FreeRTOS Message Buffer">

      <component Cgroup="Timers" condition="FreeRTOS Timers">

what is the reason for separation?

4. Pack contain content from two vendors ARM and Amazon. Is it possible to separate this content into individual packs?
5. Location https://github.com/FreeRTOS/CMSIS-Packs doesn't contain FreeRTOS kernel pack, but I would expect same handling as other LTS libraries.
