change the IP in the emoncms integration

this functionality is not yet implemented, so here is how to do things meanwhile

1. open the file editor add on
2. open /homeassistant/.storage/core.config_entries
3. search for the config entry you want to modify and modify the url field
4. save and restart home assistant

the entry should be something like that

The easiest when using the addon is to use the addon name

enter http://60ed1c84-emoncmsin the URL field when creating the integration entry
