Stuck in package manager,and won't leave, i did try press A or Start to Apply change and get out

Hi guys, I am stuck in the Package Manager and can't exit. I tried pressing 'A' or 'Start' to apply changes and leave, but it didn’t work. I am using Onion 4.0. I also tried resetting, but after rebooting, it logs in automatically to the Package Manager again.
