Provide a clear and concise description of the issue

Upon update of Miyoo Mini Plus from Onion V4.2.0-beta-dev to Onion V4.2.0-RC, the Global Shortcuts stopped working per listed here: https://github.com/OnionUI/Onion/wiki/Features

RetroArch main menu can no longer be called up with Menu+Select, and none of the other shortcuts functions as well.

Steps to Reproduce

Update from Onion V4.2.0-beta-dev to Onion V4.2.0-RC

Provide any additional context or information that may help us investigate your issue

Upon update, there was a message that retroarch config was reset. Perhaps this has something to do with the problem?

Try resetting everything in Tweaks -> Advanced -> Reset settings
