[Feature Request] Add permission model

While olog currently requires authentication, as soon as that is done, in theory anyone can do anything which is possible with the API.

As far as I know SaveAndRestore does have something in regard to permissions, maybe that is something which could be "ported" to Olog?

From the configuration perspective probably something like mapping groups (provided by the authnetication service) to allow/deny access to each API PUT and GET endpoint with a default beahviour for endpoints which are not mentioned

Actually I think we sooner or later need to support role based access in Olog. Cannot say when, though...
