BeatDrop still works with Windows 7 too!

I have tried this standalone visualization, also with the Spout Output ON and it worked!
The issue is: The updated SetDpiMonitorAware code makes this program unfunctional than intended.
I will change it to the old code, so that should work.
I will try to re-release the same version to support the older Windows versions.
