Intuitive card deletions

It would be nice if simply deleting the note text in Obsidian would also delete the related cards in Anki.
One suggestion to do this is to make the ID comment (<!--ID: 1634531954761-->) mandatory. So deleting this comment will delete the Anki card as well.

An warnning can be placed in the comment too:

delete this comment to delete the anki cards related-->
