Detecting flags/tag and linking to them

Basically, a feature where every time you sync, it detects all the Obsidian-origin Anki cards that have been flagged and links to them on a separate note. For example there could be 4 notes coinciding with the colors of Anki flagging and every time one of the cards you've made through the plugin is flagged, you sync and the plugin creates a link to the card in the note corresponding to the color of the flag.
If that's hard to implement (what do I know about code?), then maybe a particular tag that you can define for the plugin to detect would do.
