Why do I love MASVS/MSTG

MSTG was my beginner handbook to learn about mobile security. I remember that "Wow" feeling when reading it for the first time ☺️

I love it because:

• It provides me with a convenient plan of work. I usually pick one most relevant chapter according to the risk assessment, verify its requirements, then move to another chapter. It makes my work more organised.
• MASVS makes application security measurable. You go through it as a checklist and you can calculate the overall score. That score can be used to track progress, it makes security more visible.
• Knowledge sharing and interesting discussions are going on in here. I've met nice people here 🙂 I like the way MSTG team handles that huge amount of suggestions. It is such a hard and responsible work.
