TTS & Voice settings must persist #46
Description
By default, the TTS starts with a speech rate of 0,4. Also, we need to persist the settings after the user closes the app.
- Set default Speech Rate & Pitch to 1.0
- Persist Speech rate
- Persist Pitch
- Persist selected voice
