enable DOI citation of specific GBIF data

To improve citation of GBIF data used used, please consider

• refer to DOI rather than download key in cite.txt
• including datasetKey in occurrences.txt files
• generate summary of all datasetkeys with the total number of occurrences contributed by each, e.g.

datasetKey	count
<key1>		<n>
<key2>		<n>

etc.
