Custom color themes in shell app #4523
Description
In addition to the default themes included with the shell app it would be nice to provide end users the ability to define themes like most other terminal applications. This could currently be done quite easily by an admin, but it would be nice if end users could create local customizations without needing admin approval. Something like this from Powershell would be accessible and ideal, although just having a place to put json files with local themes would serve the basic function.
