To duplicate a property filter, it is possible to use the clipboard as transport method for the polygons.
On the source Polygon Filter, click Point heading to select all the points
Press CTRL-C to copy points to clipboard
Create an empty polygon filter in the second view.
In the Targets area, right-click and select Append Points from Clipboard or press
