TLS v 1.3 Cipher suits are supported by OPC UA ? what is the plan of foundation to support TLS 3.0 cypher suits?

@charlesaugustineabb we do not enforce the cipher suite in the stack therefore it depends on the OS Settings which cypher suite is selected. See also microsoft recommendation for dotnet: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/core/extensions/sslstream-best-practices#select-cipher-suites
