Missing currency for BT-156-NoticeResult in NoticeAwardInformation

There exists epo:hasCurrency "EUR" instead of URI.

Affects at least 176518-2024.xml, an EF29 SDK v1.10 notice. The mapping rule is common/shared and therefore the problem will continue to manifest in all SDK versions.

Fix available/known and retracted/documented in #119.
