Imprecise FR translation error message BT-113-Lot

For a Noticetype 16

If I choose one of these three values in BT-765-Lot :

• Framework agreement, partly without reopening and partly with reopening of competition
• Framework agreement, with reopening of competition
• Framework agreement, without reopening of competition

And I don't complete the fields BT-113-Lot :

I have an error message that tells it is mandatory to complete the BT-113-Lot only if one the three values above is not selected in BT-765-Lot

But actually its the opposite, it is not mandatory only if BT-765-Lot is : No framework agreement

You said the error message would state “it is mandatory to complete the BT-113-Lot only if one the three values above is not selected in BT-765-Lot”, but does it not rather translate to “it is mandatory to complete the BT-113-Lot unless ("sauf quand") one the three values above is not selected in BT-765-Lot”?

We understand that this formulation including double negations is very complicated and can be misleading.

After a separate discussion and coordination with the Commission about BT-113, it was agreed to make BT-113-Lot optional for all notice subtypes in the future. Therefore, in SDK 1.14 this error message will disappear anyways.
