I want clarity on some keys of the /subscribe API

valid_until what timestamp should be entered here and what is subscriber_url? and if someone can tell me about all the keys I mentioned here

valid_from and valid_to the expiry of your keys, post which you would want to renew your keys. For now, you can keep it long, we will soon introduce API based key rotation.
Subscriber_url is the relative path, where your search endpoint is hosted.

@tanyamadaan I am receiving this error on hitting /subscribe API
