[18.0] In UI if admin wants to create a new dir under Parnets gets blocked by validation error for a readonly field and required on the same time

I need to understand how can we create folders for each partner under partners directory, I am blocked from creating a new record from the form view as res_id is read only in form view and is also required to create the new folder?

If the storage is of attachment type, you have to attach a file to the record, and the dms.file is created automatically.
